Slider Module

The Slider Module is a versatile control module that utilizes non-contact Hall Effect Sensor Technology and is available in multiple configurations, such as proportional or switched outputs with momentary or maintained lever movement. These compact modules are designed for applications such as grapples, bucket thumbs, grab and tilt or rotate functions that will benefit from simple speed control. The three position detented version is suitable for a forward-neutral-reverse transmission control while the friction maintained version could be used as a throttle or machine speed control. The high current switched version is useful for applications requiring larger input signals, such as relay or solenoid coils.

 

Proportional Rocker Module

The Sure Grip Proportional Rocker Modules combine the precision of a Hall Effect sensor with the rugged cycle life of a sealed assembly. These modules are designed to provide an ergonomic solution within a small footprint. Each Rocker Module is calibrated and tested before final packaging, resulting in consistent reliable control. Our Rockers are made of wear resistant plastic polymer providing a consistent smooth operating feel while optimizing the service life of the part. Compact mounting is accomplished using 2 narrow slide-in brackets resulting in various installation options both in Sure Grip handles and in other applications.

 

Switched Rocker Module

The Sure Grip Switched Rocker Modules are available in four configurations with several different switch options. These modules are designed to provide an ergonomic solution within a small footprint. Each Rocker Module is tested before final packaging, resulting in consistent reliable control. Our Rockers are made of wear resistant plastic polymer providing a consistent smooth operating feel while optimizing the service life of the part.
