Bushing Adapters
Sure Grip Handles use an adapter bushing that reduces installation time and simplifies mounting the handle onto the joystick. Adapter Bushings are ordered separately from the handle and are available with internal threads that range in size from 10mm to 14mm.
Studs
Sure Grip mounting studs are available in standard sizes and angles. They are the most reliable way to mount handles and joysticks for precise control.
Switches & LEDs
Sure Grip handles have switch options allow for optimal application performance whether your application requires direct to solenoid control or logic level signals such as a PLC. Activation options are available for momentary or maintained functions.
Sure Grip maintains a variety of LEDs optimized to be installed in our handles. Please contact factory to discuss other switch and LED options.
10 Button Keypads
Sure Grip 10 Button Keypads provide extra switching functions to control computer, PLC or power relays. Our newly redesigned 10 Button Keypads have greatly improved operator comfort. The buttons are now mounted closer into the grip resulting in reduced fatigue and strain. The switches and wire harness are also completely enclosed within the case for a more integrated look.Wire is foil shielded to eliminate unwanted interference with signal-level switching.
Sure Grip Keypads offer comfortable, compact and durable multi-function switching options for all forestry and construction applications.
Side Enclosure Pods
The new Sure Grip side enclosure option offers expanded functionality for both the Le and Lu series handles. Ergonomically designed and rugged enough for any environment, this feature allows for the addition of a SureGrip rocker, slider module, or up to two extra funtions on top of the existing L series faceplate options.
Service Kits
Sure Grip has a number of Service Kits that contain all the key replacement parts needed to extend the long life of your control handle.
Proportional Trigger
With superior accuracy and user feel, our proportional trigger will provide years of trouble free operation. If required, this module can easily be replaced in the field with our replacement kit. Operating at the same supply voltage and output as our previous generation proportional trigger, this new module is compatible with the Sure Grip LU, LE, JE and CU Series handles.
Maintained Trigger
The maintained trigger handle option is now available for Sure Grip Handles. This feature can be used for functions such as forward-neutral-reverse and is an alternative to having this operation in the handle faceplate. The maintained trigger is available in single or double position function.
With a cycle life in excess of 500k operations, this trigger is robust and reliable. It is available on both the LU and LE handle series.
