We may also offer one or more Bailey mobile applications from time to time (collectively, “Mobile App”). We reserve the right to immediately delete any and all personal information provided by persons under the age of eighteen (18), upon discovery and without notice.

Information received by you via Third Party Services is subject to such third party’s control, ownership, privacy policies, other policies, and terms. Information Collection, Usage, and Disclosure

Our web server tracks and collects general information about your visits to our Website. We collect these statistics to determine the number of daily visitors to our Website, the daily requests for particular files, the types of browsers our visitors use, the visitors’ domain names, and countries of origin. This data helps us to customize the Services to facilitate the on-line experience through enhanced navigation or to suggest areas in which we may improve the structure and content of the Services.

We may request and store certain information before providing certain Services to you, including, without limitation, allowing you to place an order via our online ordering system. • verify the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of any and all information that you provide to Bailey;
• assist with the collection of any amounts owed by you to Bailey;

• contact you and provide you with information regarding Bailey’s businesses and or marketing information;
• provide advertisements to you through the Services and via email messages, in addition to other methods of communication;

Except as otherwise provided for herein and subject to any nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement between you and us, Bailey does not share or sell information provided by you to third parties for commercial purposes, except: (i) to provide the products or services you have requested, (ii) when we have your permission, or (ii) under any of the following circumstances:

• We may share personal and/or aggregated information that you have provided with other business divisions within the Bailey group of companies;
• We determine that sharing is reasonably necessary or beneficial to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding: (i) illegal activities; (ii) suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to property or the physical safety of any person; (iii) violations of the Policy, the Terms of Use, and Terms and Conditions; (iv) as otherwise required by law, regulation, or request by a governmental body or agency; or (v) upon our receipt of a subpoena from any officer of a court which we reasonably believe to be valid.
• We may share and/or transfer information to another company if Bailey is acquired by or merged with such other company.
• Bailey may share information with agents, contractors, and subcontractors under agreement with us, as we deem reasonably necessary for our provision of Services and/or the administration of our computer, network, security, and storage systems.

Web Browser Information, Cookies, and Other Tracking Technologies

Bailey collects information that is commonly sent by your web browser, including, without limitation, your Internet Protocol address, your Internet Service Provider, information about your operating system, information about your browser type, and information about your use of the Services, etc. (collectively, “Browsing Information”). From time to time, we may analyze Browsing Information and aggregate data for quality assurance, contextual advertising, and other similar activities.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier, and is sent to your web browser and stored on your computer. Cookies are required to use some Services, including, without limitation, certain functions of the Website. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. We do not collect or allow third parties to collect “targeted” cookies (persistent identifiers tracking users over time across different websites and services) for marketing purposes. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals (also referred to as “DNT” signals).

Security

Bailey strives to maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the information that you provide to us via technical, physical, and administrative controls. We use encryption technology for the transmission of credit card and certain other private information from your web browser or mobile device to our computer systems, and do not store complete credit card information on our computer systems. However, we recognize that we cannot control the actions and activities of payment card processors and that perfect security is a myth. Therefore, we will use reasonable measures, as required by law, to notify you in the unlikely event of an unauthorized release of your information.

We require that you to register for a username and password to access certain protected areas of the Services. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password(s) and other user credentials. We reserve the right to require you to sign in to your Bailey account after a certain period of time has elapsed as part of our security measures. More information regarding your rights and obligations with respect to your username and password and other security measures are provided in our Terms of Use.

You agree to abide by all Bailey computer, network, account, and information security policies as communicated to you from time to time, whether such policies are provided via the Services, email, mail, phone, or in person.

Information Storage

We restrict access to the systems that we use to store your contact and financial information. We reserve the right to use third party agents and service providers, who enter into agreements with us, to perform administrative services, including, without limitation, the storage, maintenance, and processing of information that you provide to us. We reserve the right to store any and all information that you provide to us in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We shall not be required to destroy or remove any information that you provide to us, unless required by applicable law or regulation.

Customer Control of Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete and to inform us of any changes to any information that you have previously provided to us. We will not be held responsible for any inaccurate information provided by you, or for any effects that such inaccuracy may cause.

You may generally access and modify information that you provide to us by logging into to your account using your username and password and viewing or altering your information via our online account services. However, for more extensive access or modification, we, in our sole discretion, may allow you to access or change your personal information via other means. We reserve the rights to take action to verify your identity prior to any access or change and to deny a request in the event that we unable to verify your identity to our satisfaction. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for such services in the case of multiple or frequent requests. Additionally, we reserve the right to retain a copy of any and all information that you provide.

BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES AFTER ANY REVISIONS BECOME EFFECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE REVISED POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE REVISED POLICY, YOU ARE NO LONGER AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ACCESS AND/OR USE.

Special Information Regarding Persons Within the European Union

Bailey takes our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the collection and use of Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR) seriously. Bailey is currently evaluating our options for meeting the requirements of the GDPR and has decided to block certain access to and/or use of the Services by persons within the EU in the interim. Persons located within the EU may not be able to access part or all of the Services at various times. In the meantime, persons within the EU may call, email, or write us with any comments, questions, or suggestions.
